In less than two weeks, I turn 21 - finally. Two weeks after that, it's my last final (of four) which means that I finish my first year of law school. That same day or week - a friend might be coming to Tallahassee, someone I haven't seen in seven or eight years - whose become one of my closest and dearest - somehow after all these years. Then after that, it's Boston to see my adopted BU family graduate. Then a week after that, it's off to Reno, Nevada to work as a legal intern helping out and working - incidentally I'll get to see two of my other friends whom I haven't seen since we all graduated last year. Then about 5 weeks later, it's off to Oxford, UK to study there for six weeks - European Union Law, English Legal History, and American Legal History. And then... well it's back to Boston, then back to Tallahassee to start my 2L year. I'll be studying Evidence, Criminal Procedure-Police, Federal Jurisdiction, Foreign Relations and Constitutional Law II. I'll be moving closer to campus and be living on my own. Oh - and my cat will be accompanying me somehow...
It's going to be a whirlwind. Sort of like that sandstorm Murakami talks about.
Umm, you wrote, "Then after that, it's Boston to see my adopted BU family graduate." I believe you meant to write, "Then after that, it's Boston to see my adopted BU family graduate and SEE TRISTYN BECAUSE SHE IS SO AWESOME! WOO! and because our birthdays are so close this year." But I know it's what you meant to say so I'll let it slide. This time.
